It is made with grapes exclusively from specially selected plots in the “Val do Salnés”, picked by hand following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee it’s purity and the traditional essence of the wines from this region Offers an attractive bouquet of lime, green apples and a hint of sea salt.
The palate is fresh and vibrant with a bright finish of lime zest and apple.
